Panel Discussions

PyCon India 2025 invites proposals for poster presentations that encourage creative and interactive sharing of projects and ideas within the Python community. Featuring a graphical summary on an A0-sized board, this format allows presenters to engage with attendees in an informal setting, making it ideal for showcasing early-stage concepts, niche topics, and research while fostering meaningful discussions and networking opportunities.

Important Dates

  • Bullet Icon Submission Open: 11 July 2025

  • Bullet Icon Schedule Announcement: 13 August 2025
  • Bullet Icon Poster Presentations: 13-14 September 2025 (afternoon session)

Submission Guidelines

  • Bullet Icon Maximum of 3 presenters per submission.
  • Bullet Icon Provide links for the attendees to know more about the topic and connect.
  • Bullet Icon An actual poster is not required during submission.
  • Bullet Icon No slides or formal talks allowed, only physical posters and discussions.
  • Bullet Icon All presenters should have knowledge about the poster topic.

Selection Process

  • Bullet Icon Shortlisting: Proposals will be reviewed by the review committee for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
  • Bullet Icon Review: After getting shortlisted, you need to submit a PDF version of your poster for review.
  • Bullet Icon Final Selection: Shortlisted presenters will get notification and further steps.
