Abstract | Any programming language is only as good as its documentation, and Python is especially good in this regard. Not only are the official docs wide and deep, but there is also an abundance of other resources, which provide information on a wide variety of python topics. These topics range from instant help in the interpreter, to more detailed descriptions of language internals. In this lightning talk, I hope to expose as many of these sources as I can, and also prove that learning about python can be fun, regardless of what level of expertise you are at. |

Do you also cover context sensitive help capabilities of some of the editors like PyDev (in Eclipse), IDLE, PyCrust and/or Wing IDE? ..
Hmmm. I hadn't thought of that, but I could try looking into it. I don't use IDEs, so I don't know myself. How am I going to fit all this into ~5 minutes?..
