  Hello Aditya,
  I am a little confused with what you mean by a "Python VM" in here- Is it:

  • Building your Python projects in Sandbox using Virtualenv. (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/virtualenv)
  • Virtual Machines (VM) - Cluster Management using Python based software.

  As for the latter, I have a talk proposal in place:
