Description
Efficiency in storing and retrieving data is critical to the performance of any application which deals with large data sets. There are various ways to store data on the App Engine and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In this session we will discuss the various scenarios which make each option appropriate along with the trade-offs involved. We will also see how to deal with the creation of API ready applications using some experimental features of the App Engine.
Speaker bio
Jesso is a consultant with Indecomm Global with 3 years of experience in developing web applications in python. He is currently working as a vendor in Google and deals with the App Engine on a daily basis. Earlier he was part of the BOSS Linux team in the Center for Development of Advanced Computing, Chennai. He has spoken at several FOSS workshops and training programmes CDAC conducts for various Govt. departments.
