MALLADI KRISHNA TEJASWI (~malladi)

Description:

Entrepreneurship is a process of designing and running a new business, which is often initially, begins with small trade. The people who create these businesses are called ENTREPRENEURS. Women entrepreneurship spreads its wings through effective networking and meeting new people. Women entrepreneurs in India uplifts the spirit of entrepreneurship through innumerable events that are perfect setting to enable women, mediate their business into new horizons. Women educational institutions should not only aim for high in providing the best academics. They should strive to fulfill the dreams and to increase the confidence levels in students to establish their own industry in the future. At Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of an educational institution, students should be trained from the initial stages of idea generation to the prototype development and later guided towards Entrepreneurship. The main objective of EDC is to create entrepreneurial culture in the educational institution and foster the growth of innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the students and faculty members. In recent times, majority of budding women entrepreneurs started their journey at educational institutions only. Government of India had provided few schemes to encourage women entrepreneurs. They are Annapurna , Udyogini, Stree Shakti and Mahila Udyam Nidhi schemes. Challenges are common irrespective of gender but it has been proved that women are successful entrepreneurs. To make women independent, entrepreneurship is the best platform and there is a need to develop women entrepreneur hubs all over the globe.
