This talk presents an AI document processing system that utilizes an out-of-distribution model to improve its performance in predicting unseen data. Traditional AI systems often struggle with predicting data that falls outside of their training distribution, leading to poor performance and unreliable results. To overcome this limitation, we studied several approaches including statistical, discriminative and generative ones. By integrating this model into the AI system's architecture, the system can effectively handle previously unseen data with improved accuracy and robustness. This talk details the architecture and implementation of the system, including the process of training and integrating the out-of-distribution model. The system's performance is evaluated through various experiments and compared against traditional AI models, demonstrating its effectiveness in handling out-of-distribution data. Finally, we discuss the potential applications and future directions of the research work
