Description:

The goal of Session

We develop a search engine for your personal knowledge. (Full-Text Search in History/Bookmarks, Evernote, Mendeley, Local Storage etc.)

Due to the increasing amount of information people are exposed to on the web, it gets too skill- and time-demanding to find quality content, and understand the full picture of a topic. Furthermore, the profit-orientation and non-customisability of the algorithms of services like Facebook and Google, increase the effect of filter bubbles and echo-chambers.

This circumstance makes it easy for people to become misinformed and is the foundation for populism and polarization to thrive.

Worldbrain’s vision is a well-informed, less polarized society. Its mission is to enable web users to quickly find the highest qualitative web-content and get a wide variety of opinions for any given topic or article at hand.
