This workshop is for training the proprietary software users in the field of still image and video processing. Since Google colab is to be used for training, no need to install Python software and its libraries. Its look like much easier for beginners to learn Python programming for image and video processing. In this workshop, the following exercises will be given training: 1. Basic image read and write 2. Histogram plot 3. Image transform 4. Image deblurring (Filtering) 5. Image colour conversion 6. Vertical and Horizontal stacking 7. Image interpolation 8. Pseudo colour change
9. Image properties change 10. Video capture and frame display 11. Video loading and frame display 12. Motion detection 13. Video properties change 14. Colour video to Binary video conversion 15. Video Blurring 1 16. Arithmetic operations 17. Video image transform 18. Video image segmentation 19. Video image interpolation 20. Image Denoising

Prerequisites:

Working experience on Python basics and handling of Python libraries such as matplotlib, OpenCV, numpy and scipy. Knowledge about signal processing basics are important.
