Deep Learning has revolutionized areas like Speech recognition. Recently, deep learning approaches have obtained very high performance across many different NLP tasks. In this workshop, we will see the application of deep learning to common NLP Tasks and implementation in python using Keras Library.

Since this is a broad topic, considering the workshop duration I have concentrated on word embeddings and text classification.

Embed, Encode, Attend, Predict -Framework for applying Deep Learning methods for NLP, Example: Document classification using Hierarchical Attention Network

Sentiment Analysis with 1D-CNN and LSTM

Prerequisites:

A Basic Knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
