The Road to PyCon India 2010

The talk is non technical talk summarising the experience of organising PyCon India 2010, lessons learnt and the road ahead.

The talk will cover the months that led to the event, the mistakes we made, the challenges we overcame and some reflections on the state of the community.

The contents will change vastly depending on how the conference shapes up.
